Sarah Bentley

Sarah Bentley is a graduate from Arizona State University’s School of Public Affairs with a bachelor’s degree in Public Policy. Prior to her work at Rose+Allyn, Sarah worked as an intern for Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego where she conducted research on the sustainability impact of proposed developments in the City of Phoenix. She also served as a public policy writer for Fantini Research, where she tracked the movement of gaming bills across the country and wrote coverage on public policy issues and changes in the gaming industry.

As a former member of The Next Generation Service Corps, a four-year leadership development program, Sarah has a passion for public service and community solutions. Through this program she earned a certificate in cross-sector leadership and uses this knowledge to foster strong relationships between private and public entities.

Sarah also earned a bachelor’s degree in Sustainability during her time at ASU. Prior to graduating, she led and facilitated the development of ten $1,500 sustainability grants offered to ASU students with innovative projects in water conservation, urban heat reduction, zero waste, sustainable transportation, and produce accessibility.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Sarah grew up on Lake Erie, where her hobbies included kayaking and paddleboarding. Now, as a resident of Tempe, Arizona, Sarah enjoys exploring new restaurants, hiking, and thrift shopping with her sister and friends.
