Well Known Arizona Reporter Joins Top Valley PR Firm in Senior Role
(SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.) He covered real estate, politics and sports business at the Phoenix Business Journal for years. He has been a frequent commentator on PBS’ “Horizon,” during the “Journalist’s Round table.” Most recently, he’s been writing national stories for the Sports Business Journal.
Now, well-known reporter Mike Sunnucks is taking his experience and highly-regarded work ethic to Rose+Allyn Public & Online Relations, which is based in Scottsdale.
Over the years and currently, the 23-year old firm specializing in public relations, public affairs, crisis communications, elections, and events, has become the next professional stop for many in Arizona media.
“We have been eyeing Mike for many years as a potential, excellent fit,” said Company President Jason Rose. “We do a lot of work in real estate, politics, and sports so Mike’s experience and enthusiasm for these areas is ideal. Sunnucks starts Tuesday, April 23rd, 2019, assuming the title of Senior Communications Advisor. He joins at a time when the company is saying good-bye to Cepand Alizadeh who recently accepted a position as Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego’s new Community Relations Director.

Having been the recipient of their pitches and approach over the years, I am excited to see from the inside how they move the needle for clients. It is a big change for me but one I am enthusiastic about,” Sunnucks said.
